Query parameters
No Defect, Corrected or Not Corrected.
Filter by driver id.
Only records on or before this date (YYYY-MM-DD).
true for reports with at least one defect, false for clean ones.
In Progress or Completed.
Driver's verdict: Safe, Unsafe or Resolved.
Only records on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD).
Office review state: New, Reviewed, Closed.
Filter by equipment type: Vehicle or Trailer.
Filter by equipment unit number. Comma separated for more than one (e.g. 101,102).
Response
Name of the form used, frozen onto the report when it was started — editing or deleting the form never changes a filed report.
