Create a form template

POST/app/v1/form-template/

Form templates — the forms a company builds for people to fill in.

Full create / read / update / delete, plus publish and unpublish. A template starts as a draft and nobody can fill it in until it is published. Deleting is always allowed: every submission keeps its own frozen copy of the questions, so filled forms are never affected.
