Go to Maintenance > Schedule. The Recurring tab holds the services you repeat (for example an oil change every 15,000 miles), and the Schedule tab shows when each one is next due for each unit.
Add a recurring schedule
- Open the Recurring tab and click + Add Recurring.
- Enter a Description (for example Oil Change or Tire Rotation) and the Interval in miles or days.
- Choose the Units it applies to, or a Tag to apply it to every unit with that tag.
- Click Save.
Use the pencil icon to change which tags and units a schedule applies to, or the trash icon to delete it.
See what's due
Open the Schedule tab. Each row is one service on one unit, with the Unit #, Type, current Odometer, Description, Interval, and Due. Due shows the days or miles remaining, and is highlighted when a service is due soon or overdue.
Complete a scheduled service
- In the Schedule tab, find the service.
- Click the checkmark icon in the Action column.
- Click Yes to confirm, or Yes, and Add Record to also open a new maintenance record for the work.
The service is marked complete, and the next one is scheduled automatically based on the interval.
Tip: complete it on the day the work is done. The next due date is counted from the day you click the checkmark. If you wait a few days, the next service will be scheduled late. Mark it complete right away, and add the receipt or paperwork to a maintenance record later.
Get reminded: Turn on Maintenance Schedule in Settings > Notifications to get an email about upcoming services, or add the Maintenance Schedule Report to a recipient in Settings > Notifications under General Settings.
