If you use an integration (Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Platform Science, or Isaac), drivers are added automatically within 15 minutes. To add a driver yourself:
Fill it in from the CDL (fastest)
- Go to Drivers and click + Add Driver.
- Drop the driver's CDL into the box at the top. The driver's details are filled in for you automatically.
- Check the details, add a Username and Password if needed, and click Save.
The CDL is also saved to the new driver's profile automatically, so you don't need to upload it again.
Enter it manually
- Go to Drivers and click + Add Driver.
- Enter the driver's details. First Name, Last Name, Username, and Password are required.
- Click Save to finish, or Save & Open to open the new profile.
To add many drivers at once, use Import CSV. See Import or Export Drivers.
