- Go to Drivers and open the driver profile.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Select Deactivate and confirm.
The driver moves to the Inactive tab, can no longer log in, and no longer appears in active reports. To deactivate several drivers at once, select them in the list and choose Deactivate from the ⋯ menu in the top-right corner.
