Set Password for Driver

Set a new password for a driver

  1. Go to Drivers and open the driver profile.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Set Password.
  4. Enter the new password and click Save.

Share the new password with the driver. Drivers who log in with a username also need your Company ID, found in Settings > Other Settings.

  • Add Driver — Add a driver by dropping in their CDL, or enter the details manually
  • Manage Driver — Everything in a driver's profile: details, documents, notes, activity, and actions
  • Activate Driver — Reactivate an inactive driver so they can log in again
  • Deactivate Driver — Move a driver to the Inactive tab so they can't log in
