Platform Science Integration

Getting Started

• Make sure your Company ID is set correctly. Contact support to change it if needed.
• Platform Science uses Single Sign-On (SSO), so drivers don't need usernames or passwords.
• Turn on Lock Vehicle or Lock Trailer in Settings > Driver App if drivers should only see their own units.

Activation Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations and choose Platform Science.
2. Press Activate and enter the required Platform Science details in the popup.
3. Select Vehicles and Drivers, click Sync Data, then close the integration.

Sync Details

• The Platform Science integration syncs drivers and vehicles automatically once a day. You can also click Sync Data at any time.
• Drivers must be synced to Digital Permit Book before they can log in on Platform Science tablets.
• Each driver's default vehicle and trailer assignments update instantly on the tablet.
