Motive Integration

Getting Started

• Make sure your Company ID is set correctly in Settings > Other Settings.
• Contact support to set a default password for all drivers if desired.
• Turn on Lock Vehicle or Lock Trailer in Settings > Driver App if drivers should only see their own units.

Activation Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations and choose Motive.
2. Press Activate, then click Authorize on the Motive page.
3. Select Vehicles, Trailers, and Drivers, click Sync Data, then close the integration.

Sync Details

• The Motive integration syncs and updates drivers, vehicles, and trailers every 15 minutes.
• It also updates each driver's default vehicle every 15 minutes.

Motive Driver Hub Tile Setup

Add a Digital Permit Book tile inside the Motive Driver App so drivers can open DPB in one tap.

1. In Motive, go to Settings > Driver App > Driver Hub.

2. Add a new template or edit an existing one.

3. Add an app from the left panel:

   • Name: DPB
   • Link: choose one of the options below. Replace compid and password with your own values.
