Activate Equipment

1. Go to Equipment > Vehicles or Equipment > Trailers and open the Inactive tab.
2. Open the unit.
3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
4. Click Activate and confirm.

The unit moves back to the Active tab with all its documents.

Tip: If you get an "already exists" message when adding a unit, it's often an inactive unit with the same Unit #. Activate it instead of adding a new one.
