- Go to Equipment > Vehicles or Equipment > Trailers and open the unit.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Select Deactivate and confirm.
The unit moves to the Inactive tab. Its documents and history are kept, and you can reactivate it at any time.
Using an integration? Deactivate the unit in your ELD (Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Platform Science, or Isaac) as well, or the next sync may make it active again.
