- Go to Equipment > Vehicles or Equipment > Trailers and open the unit.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Select Delete and confirm.
The unit and its documents are removed permanently and can't be recovered.
Tip: If you might need the unit or its documents later, choose Deactivate instead. It moves to the Inactive tab and keeps its history.
