If you use an integration (Samsara, Geotab, Motive, Platform Science, or Isaac), vehicles and trailers sync automatically within 15 minutes. To add equipment yourself:
Fill it in from the registration (fastest)
- Go to Equipment > Vehicles or Equipment > Trailers and click + Add Vehicle or + Add Trailer.
- Drop the unit's Registration into the box at the top. The unit's details are filled in for you automatically.
- Check the details, including the Unit #, and click Save.
The registration is also saved to the new unit's profile automatically, so you don't need to upload it again.
Enter it manually
- Click + Add Vehicle or + Add Trailer.
- Enter the Unit # (required), the equipment type, and the license plate if applicable.
- Click Save, or Save & Open to open the unit and add more details and documents.
To add many units at once, use Import CSV from the ⋯ menu. See Import or Export Equipment.
