Keep a company contact list and share it with drivers

Add and manage contacts

  1. Go to Settings > Contacts.
  2. Add as many contacts as you need, with any information you like, such as name, department, phone, and email.
  3. Drag contacts to change the order they appear in.

Share contacts with drivers

Go to Settings > Driver App and turn on Contacts. All drivers can then see these contacts in the driver app and search them by name or department.

  • Tags — Group drivers and equipment with tags, and use them across the app
  • Custom Fields — Track extra information on drivers, vehicles, and trailers
  • Doc Types — Set up document types, required documents, notifications, and auto-archiving
  • Maintenance Types — Set up the types you use to sort maintenance records, like Oil Change or PM
  • Divisions — Split your company into groups so drivers only see their division's company documents
