Use Settings > Notifications (report recipients) to email reports to people who don't log in to Digital Permit Book, such as an owner, a safety manager, or a shop. You can limit each person's reports to the drivers and equipment they care about by using tags.
Add a recipient

Go to Settings > Notifications under General Settings.

Click + Add Person.

Enter the person's name and email.

Optional: under Add Tags, choose tags to include only matching drivers and equipment. Under Exclude Tags, choose tags to leave out.

Turn on the reports they should get:
- Expiry Report
- Required Report
- Maintenance Schedule Report

Click Save.
Each recipient appears in the list with their email, reports, tags, and excluded tags.
Example: If you tag an owner-operator's equipment with "Owner OP," add the owner as a recipient with that tag so they only get reports for their own units.
