Bulk AI Upload lets you upload up to 1,000 documents of the same Doc Type at once in a ZIP file, for example all your Registrations or FHA Inspections.
How it works
- File names don't matter. AI reads page 1 of each file (PDF preferred; JPG and PNG also work).
- For vehicles and trailers, it looks for the VIN # or Unit #. For drivers, it looks for the License #.
- If it can't find a match, the document goes to the Review tab.
- When it's done, refresh the Documents page to see the upload report.
Steps
- Go to Documents, click Add Document, and choose Bulk AI Upload.
- Upload a ZIP file. Select all the files and zip them together, not the folder. A single PDF also works.
- Select the Bot Type (see below).
- Fill in the Model, Doc Type, and Description if needed, then click Save.
Bot types
- Registration – for vehicles or trailers. An expiry date is required; if AI can't find one, the document goes to Review.
- FHA Inspection – for vehicles or trailers. AI sets the expiry date to 1 year after the inspection date.
- Permit / Other – for vehicles or trailers, with any Doc Type (for example "NY Permit"). Set a fixed expiry date or leave it empty.
- CDL – for drivers. AI finds the expiry date.
- Medical Card – for drivers. AI finds the expiry date.
