When drivers add documents from the driver app, they wait for your approval in the Review tab. Documents that Bulk AI Upload couldn't match to a driver or unit also land here.
- Go to Documents > All and open the Review tab. You can also click the Review card on the Dashboard.
- Open a document to check it.
- Approve it (after editing any details) to attach it to the profile, or Reject it to send it back to the driver to redo.
Tip: Drivers can only add documents if Allow Driver Docs, Allow Vehicle Docs, or Allow Trailer Docs is turned on in Settings > Driver App. To get notified when they do, turn on Document Added in Settings > Notifications.
