A: If trailers aren't syncing, it's usually because they're not shared correctly in Motive. First confirm your trailers are properly tagged in Motive, then contact support to refresh the sync.

A: This can happen if the truck was renamed or transferred in Samsara. Check the Inactive tab in DPB, wait for the next sync, or click Sync Data in Settings > Integrations > Samsara. If it's still missing, contact support with the unit #.
